What we Do:
Our Employability Programme is here to help you find your feet in the world of work! Whether you're looking for a job, considering university, or exploring different career paths, we provide personalised support to help you take the next step.
Our dedicated team supports young Black People and People of Colour aged 14-26 through 1-1 sessions tailored to your goals. Even if you're unsure about your next move, we’re here to explore options with you. We’ve helped young people break into fields like medicine, acting, journalism, engineering, and tech.
Through our industry connections, we offer exclusive opportunities and placements, including previous paid opportunities with Scottish Ballet, Edinburgh International Book Festival, and Edinburgh World Heritage.
In the past, while existing internally within schools and helping outwith them, we have supported hundreds of young people to provide tailored support. Have a look at what participants have said about our past teams:
