Our Education Service...
At Intercultural Youth Scotland, we are committed to centring the voices and experiences of young Black and People of Colour in our education work. We empower students to drive meaningful change within their schools.
Our holistic, student-led approach ensures that anti-racist transformation is not just a one-off event but a sustainable movement within the school community. Unlike tokenistic training sessions, our programme embeds an Anti-Racist Pro-Black Educator in schools, building long-term, structural change and providing ongoing support for students and staff.
We believe in equipping young people with the knowledge, confidence, and tools to advocate for themselves and their peers. Harm reduction is at the core of our work, ensuring that the change is safe, informed and impactful.
We have helped schools across Central Scotland, and beyond, to implement sustainable anti-racist policies, support pupil-led activism, and create meaningful change within their communities.
